What we run for your building
Five services, all on the same route and the same weekly visit. Most locations start with one and add a second inside the first year.
- Services offered5
- Named driver per site1
- Service contractNone
- Notice to cancel30 days
Micro markets
An open shelf market replaces the machine entirely. Racks, a cooler, a freezer and a self-checkout kiosk in the corner of your break room. People pick things up, look at the label, put them back if they change their mind.
Selection runs about four times what a machine holds, and the average spend per person goes up because nothing is hidden behind glass.
- Installed over one weekend, no construction
- Cameras and account logins keep shrink under two percent at our sites
- Employees can load an account with payroll deduction if you want that
- You supply the floor space and one outlet, we supply everything else
Needs about 120 square feet and 75 people on site.
Office coffee
Bean-to-cup brewers that grind per cup, using beans roasted in Northeast Minneapolis and delivered within ten days of the roast date. Two hoppers, so you can run a regular and a dark side by side.
We handle filters, cups, lids, stir sticks, sugar and the descaling. Nobody on your staff should be ordering coffee supplies.
- Brewer placed free, you pay only for what you drink
- Deep clean every visit, descale on a 90 day cycle
- Decaf, tea and hot chocolate on the same machine
- Cold brew tap available for sites over 100 people
Typical office of 60 runs about $180 a month in beans and supplies.
Fresh food
Sandwiches, wraps, salads, yoghurt and breakfast items, made in a licensed kitchen in Saint Paul and delivered on a two-day rotation. Anything that reaches its date goes back on the truck.
Fresh food only works with tight route discipline, so we do not offer it to sites we cannot reach twice a week.
- Two deliveries a week, minimum
- Every item labelled with a date and full allergen list
- Held in a SmartCase 300 with a health-code timer lockout
- Menu rotates monthly, and you get a vote on what stays
Available inside the 494 and 694 loop and along the I-35 corridor.
Pantry service
You pick up the tab and your team takes what they want at no charge. We stock it, track what moves and send you one invoice a month with the numbers behind it.
Most companies set a monthly ceiling. We flag you at eighty percent of it instead of quietly going over.
- Monthly budget you set, reported against weekly
- Itemised invoice, so you can see what is actually being eaten
- Mix and match with paid vending in the same room
- Cancel or pause with two weeks notice
Common set-ups run $9 to $16 per person per month.
Service and repair
Every machine we place stays ours, so every repair is ours too. Call the number on the front of the cabinet and you get a person in New Hope, not a call centre.
Machines report their own faults, so we often know about a jam before anyone at your site picks up the phone.
- Four hour average response inside the metro
- Refunds handled by your driver, in cash, on the next visit
- No trip charges, parts charges or after-hours fees, ever
- Full swap-out if a cabinet fails twice in a quarter
Included with every placement. There is no service contract to sign.

The part most operators skip
Reporting. Every location contact gets a monthly email with what sold, what did not, and what we plan to swap.
Top and bottom ten
The ten selections that moved most and the ten that barely moved, so dead slots do not sit there for a year.
Downtime
Any fault, when it was reported, when we cleared it. If we missed our four hour target, it says so.
Proposed swaps
Two or three changes for the next month. You reply yes or no. If you do not reply, nothing changes.
Start with a walkthrough
Twenty minutes on site tells us more than an hour on the phone. We will tell you honestly if your building is too small for what you are asking about.
