Already a Northline location?
Call the route desk rather than filling in this form. Have the four digit machine number from the sticker on the front of the cabinet ready and we can usually sort it on the call.
Questions we get on the first call
If yours is not here, ask it in the notes field above.
Does the machine really cost us nothing?
Correct. We own the cabinet and pay for delivery, installation, repairs and the product inside it. We earn from sales, which is why we push hard on getting the lineup right rather than just filling slots.
What if our site has fewer than 40 people?
Two options usually work. A countertop Northline 24 needs a much smaller base of buyers, or we place one market for a whole building and split it across several tenants. Tell us the building and we will look at the total headcount rather than just yours.
Who sets the prices?
We do, but you see the full price list before install and you get two weeks notice before any change. Several of our sites subsidise part of the price so their team pays less. We can set that up per item.
How long does a service call take?
Four hours on average inside the metro during route hours. Outside route hours it is next business morning. Refunds get handled by your driver in cash on the next visit, or immediately if you call it in.
Can we get a machine for a single event?
No. We only place machines on permanent routes, because a one-off drop always ends up neglected. For events we would point you to a local caterer instead.
What happens if we want to end the service?
Thirty days written notice. We collect the machine at our own cost and leave the floor clean. There is no termination fee and nothing to buy out.
Prefer to just talk to someone?
The route desk is staffed by people who drive the trucks, so you can get a straight answer about whether we can reach your building without waiting for a callback.
